Blog # 7 - Artificial Intelligence

Intelligence is the knowledge that one has. If someone can do basic arithmetic, they have intelligence. The more intelligence you have the better. Computers are intelligent, but not really. They have as much intelligence as you. Artificial intelligence, or AI, is the computers way of getting intelligence. GITS is an anime that shows AI very well.

Blog # 6 - Web 2.0 Presentations

Social bookmaking:
- Andrew had a nice presentation. StumbleUpon is one of the best site for social bookmarketing.
- Digg is good site to follow the news. Like twitter, but formal. You can talk to co-workers with it. Thanks, Nate.

List creation:
- Google places has the Google power. Alex now I want to start a business, so I can use this Web 2.0 app.
- Remember the milk has a nice logo and name. Dan, I love your list. The character limit sucks, though.

Word cloud:
-tocloud...tocloud is the same as any other word cloud
-Google Docs...Will wow. Actually you can still do a word cloud with Google.

Blog # 5 - Web 2.0

"The term Web 2.0 is associated with web applications that facilitate participatory information sharing, interoperability,user-centered design,[1] and collaboration on the World Wide Web. A Web 2.0 site allows users to interact and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue as creators (prosumers) of user-generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to websites where users (consumers) are limited to the passive viewing of content that was created for them. Examples of Web 2.0 include social networking sites, blogs, wikis, video sharing sites, hosted services, web applications, mashups and folksonomies" (Wikipedia). Word clouds can show the user and others how much does the user uses certain words. I used TagCrowd because I couldn't use Wordle. It's the same, but without RSS or Atom capabilities. Since it's in beta, thing can be change including RSS/Atom capabilities. This is my blogger word cloud.

Blog # 4 - Internet Use

On the internet I do various of thing that all consist of download and upload. I download pictures, music, videos, games, and software. My main site for downloading has to be AnimeTake.com. I upload all my drawings. My main site for uploading has to be either DeviantArt and tumblr. I really don't want to  publicize my accounts on a school blog for various of reasons. I also read manga online, occasionally download because I would rather buy those.  Irvin does about the same when it comes to music and videos.

Blog # 3 - Presentation Feedback

Our group could of not made fun of my nice Dell Latitude D800 because on Google Shopping shows it at being $8.00 USD used. Mine is upgraded to Windows 7 Professional x86 and has a 60GB HDD, but I also have a 500GB WD My Passport. It also has 2GB of RAM. Not the best of computers, but it's big 1280 x 800 widescreen is good for watching anime wherever. Oh hey look it's now $40.00 USD used.  HATERS GONNA HATE!! As for me I did well for the presentation.

Blog # 2 - Shared and Thought about it

Irvin's definition of a computer and mine are two different paradoxes. Simulation and Magic is just two different forces. Summer Wars was a anime film that had lots of magical aspects that simulated my mind. The other picture also simulates my mind.
